We believe everyone deserves to feel welcomed, included and able to fully access the world around them. This survey has been created to better understand the everyday experiences of people living with disabilities and additional needs within our communities. From transport and public spaces to youth services, social activities and local businesses, your experiences and views can help highlight what is working well and where positive change is still needed.

Whether your experiences have been positive, challenging or somewhere in between, your voice matters. All responses will help support a wider awareness and inclusion campaign delivered in partnership with young people from New Lodge Youth Centre and Harberton Special School.
